Physio Initial Visit & Session

Includes a personalized home exercise program.

Initial assessment and treatment is 60 minutes in duration. A detailed examination to understand your medical history, presenting symptoms, and sign. A thorough assessment of posture, joint range of motion, muscle strength, functional movement, and special tests to identify the root cause of your problem. Immediate treatment, such as manual therapy, hands on technique, exercises, or other interventions, will be provided. Additionally, a customized Home exercises program will be developed to achieve your short- and long-term recovery goals.
