Performed by an RMT, can be used for insurance.Tailored to the needs of each Mom-to-be, the prenatal massage reduces stress, can decreases swelling in the arms and legs and relieves aches and pains in muscles and joints.

Using bamboo sticks that are heated the RMT can provide a deeper pressure massage. By using warmth the muscles relax. The warmth mixed with movements helps to stimulate circulation and increases blood flow. Using a combination of different techniques, the RMT will use bamboo to provide a deep and relaxing massage.

RMT Cupping Massage
Cupping is an ancient therapy, using cups that are placed on the skin to promote healing.
They can treat a variety of issues. Drain excess fluids and toxins, loosen adhesions and revitalizing connective tissue, increasing blood blow to skin and muscles, stimulation of the peripheral nervous system and reducing pain.
Discoloration and bruising can occur after treatment which fades within a few days to weeks.

RMT Indie Head Massage
An ancient therapy to help with modern day stress
This reviving treatment is based on the ancient art of Indie head massage, said to increase local blood flow, promote skin and hair health, improve sleep, ease headaches, and relax tense muscles. Our updated version targets the scalp, face, neck and shoulders with invigorating dry massage techniques followed by a soothing warm oil massage. Suitable for all hair types and lengths (including protective styles), and safe for prenatal clients. Please note that oil will remain on the hair after the massage. Not recommended for those with hair extensions or recent injectable treatments.
